Brownies

brownie 2 Difficulty level: Easy Preparation: 10 mn Baking: 18 mn

 Ingrédients :

  1. 200g black chocolate
  2. 110g unsalted butter
  3. 90g sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 70g flour
  6. 115g chopped nuts (optional)
  7. 140g white chocolate

Directions :

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Cut into small pieces: nuts and white chocolate.
  3. Line a 25cm square baking tin with greaseproof paper
  4. In a large bowl over some simmering water, melt the butter and the chocolate and mix until smooth.
  5. Add the sugar, the eggs, the flour, the nuts, and the white chocolate.
  6. Put the preparation into the baking tin and bake for 18 minutes.
