Christmas cookies
Difficulty level: Easy Preparation: 10 mn Baking: 15 mn
Ingrédients :
- 180g black chocolate
- 140g unsalted butter
- 160g sugar
- 1 egg
- 225g flour
- 11 g baking powder
- 115g chopped nuts
- 40g white chocolate
Directions :
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Line a 25cm square baking tin with greaseproof paper.
- Melt the butter, and add the sugar.
- Use a whisk to add the egg, the flour and the baking powder.
- Cut both chocolates into pieces and add them to the preparation.
- Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
